Express Delivery
Delivery & Handling Fees - Free for orders over $200. $15 fee for orders under $200.
National delivery within 3-5 business days. Delivery times via Australia Post to Western Australia, and regional and remote locations in Northern Territory, South Australia, Queensland and Tasmania may still be a little longer than usual.
Standard Delivery
Delivery & Handling Fees - Free for orders over $200. $10 fee for orders under $200.
National delivery within 3-9 business days. Delivery times via Australia Post to Western Australia, and regional and remote locations in Northern Territory, South Australia, Queensland and Tasmania may still be a little longer than usual.
Tracking
If you have a Shopify account, you can view the current status of your order by viewing the tracking number as a link next to the item on Shopify.
To track items you bought as a guest, you'll need the order confirmation we sent to the email address you entered at checkout.
- Find your Shopify guest order confirmation email. The subject line starts with "Order Confirmed".
- Select View order details.
- Select Show delivery details.
You'll see a delivery status bar with a delivery company, tracking number, and the item's current location. If you don't see the tracking information you can contact us on info@ballmagnets.com.au and ask us if we will upload the tracking number.
